We make every effort to process and ship your order as soon as possible! Our shipping options and estimated delivery times are listed below.

• Express Shipping + Priority Processing – 2-4 business days*

Express Shipping Details
Express orders placed before 12:00 PM GMT+1 (Monday to Friday) are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday, or during weekends and holidays, will be shipped on Monday.

*Transit times are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Express shipping is not available in all areas. Duties and taxes are included in the "Taxes" section at checkout for international orders—you will not be charged upon delivery.

Personalised Jewellery

Custom jewellery is handcrafted to your specifications and requires an additional 5-10 business days for personalisation. Once complete, your order will be prepared and dispatched.

Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows your order as "delivered" but you haven't received it, please first check with your local post office to request proof of delivery. We also recommend asking neighbours or your building management, as delivery errors can occasionally occur and are unfortunately outside of our control.

If the package still cannot be located, please contact us with all relevant information. Depending on the situation, we may offer store credit or a free reshipment at our discretion. As delivery issues are beyond our control, we are unable to issue refunds for orders marked as delivered.
